About counselling
Marriage counselling is designed for couples who have encountered ‘blocks’ in their relationship which they cannot seem to move beyond. In a non-judgemental and confidential setting the couple is encouraged to explore how these problems have arisen and how restoration and healing can be achieved
The nature of the specific problem is almost limitless, but some typical areas on which work can be successfully done include:
loss of communication
conflict
sexual problems
financial worries
adultery
spiritual incompatibility
children and parenting
mid-life crisis
loss (bereavement, redundancy, depression etc)

All our work is confidential. Although we are bound by the Code of Ethics of the Association for Christian Counselling to receive regular Supervision, no names will be disclosed during these meetings.
About preparation
We offer couple to couple marriage preparation geared to the couple's individual needs. We offer a psychometric compatibility test (Prepare). This helps the couple to discover the strengths and improvement areas in their relationship before marriage-and to work on them!
